An eye witness just confirmed to 'The Koko Gist' that there was a fuel tanker explosion in Kara Market in Benin city, Edo state, some minutes ago.
According to the eye witness account, the fuel tanker fell down and many rushed to the scene to scoop fuel. The obviously experienced driver, walked away after warning them about the consequences of such actions.
Minutes later, while they were still scooping fuel, unfortunately the tanker exploded killing many including a woman with her baby scrapped on her back. There were so many causalities as many were injured and over 6 cars burnt.
